English spell Checker with synonyms c#

Is it possible to make an English spellchecker like Microsoft Office that can also show synonyms for words from a paragraph in a textbox?

I'd like to press a button and have it identify grammatical mistakes in the text 开发者_运维技巧and provide synonyms for the words.

I've recently came across this, this article explains how to perform a spell check using Microsoft Word, but you also perform grammar checks and other functions. Very easy to code also.
