How can I do this query with MyDbAdapter on Android?

I have a MyDBAdapter class, that can do some simple selects, but now I need a special select. I need to implement this select:

SELECT * FROM position WHERE fk_email='given value by variable'

But my dbadapter skills with android are very low... I don't know how to do it.

I must add two new methods:

public Cursor fetchPositionsByEmail(String fk_email)

public List<Position> retrievePositionsByEmail(String fk_email) 

I tried with these implementations but they didn't work, they return me an empty array of positions:

Try using placeholder instead of concatenating values.

  Cursor mCursor = mDb.query(true, "position", new String[] {"idposition", "latitude", "longitude", "timestamp", "fk_email"}
        , "fk_email=?", new String[] { email } , null, null, null, null);

Since you are passing an email adress by concatenation, the problem may come from the @ symbol.
