Package not installing on virtual device

Am new to this and can`t get this bit of code to work on my virtual device. I get the following error message. Any input would be really useful.

Errors:

It might be a bit too much "did you try turning it on and off again", but I do have this sometimes and then a restart of the virtual machine often helps. If it doesn't work you might even want to restart Eclipse (if you're using that)
