Is there a way to see a log of email messages sent with postfix? [closed]

Is it possible to have postfix log the actual contents of an email (Subject, Body) it sends?

I checked in /var/logs/mail.info and mail.log but looks like that's just some basic stuff, like headers.

I didn't see anything in a quick look at postconf(5). One option is to use 'always_bcc = your@email.com' to get a copy of every email that goes through the system.
