The standard header is called <fstream>
.
Edit: Since the headers were renamed without the .h
extension, all symbols were moved to the std::
namespace. You might want to add a using namespace std;
directive or qualify cin
, cout
and fstream
in your code.
#include <fstream>
Omit the ".h"
before the C++ standard library
both iostream and fstream were in a header file:
#include<iostream.h>
#include<fstream.h>
#include<iomanip.h>
In Visual Studio 2002.net these headers were marked as depreciated, but still present and functional. In Visual Studio 2003.net they were removed, completely.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8h8eh904(v=vs.90).aspx
omit .h and use "using namespace std;"
