mysql restore problem with VB.NET

Im trying to restore my mysql db from the dumpfile i have created. This is my code:

Shell(My.Application.Info.DirectoryPath & "\mysql.exe" & " --user=root --database testdb < " & """" & txtRestore.Text & """")
