runtime error. Problem with SMTP server

Hi I am running the following program getting run time error.I have pasted below.

try to add properties.setProperty("mail.smtp.starttls.enable", "true");

Does google use port 25 for the smtp?

According to this document by Google you need to use port 587 for TLS/STARTTLS or 465 for SSL.
