Capturing Data from Ajax Frames in Chrome Console

Was hoping if someone could assis开发者_开发知识库t - is there a way we can capture the data from AJAX Frames on Chrome Console.

Was hoping just like Javascript if there was a way to execute

Frames.top.XHR['data'] and then use JSON.parse to capture information of individual key/values e.g firstName, lastName

Sorry i am fairly new to Frontend and trying to explore all options.
