Vimeo Video Api return only 9 videos

I am trying to get the list of videos on vimeo by api(php interface). Although there are more than 30 videos in the folder (or other folder), the api always return only 9 videos in the result. I have tried to set the “page” and “per_page” for several numbers or unset but the result didn’t be changed.

Could you please suggest what I should do?
