I installed first window 10 in Intel Core i7-1165G7. After then I tried install the ubuntu 20.04.5 desktop amd64, but I could not install this os.
After I delete the window 10, I can install the ubuntu 20.04.5. From the experience, it seems that each os can affect each other's installation process.
I am wandering how the window 10 installation affects the computer.
I guessed that it was because of incompatibility the ubuntu and the cpu, like incompatible ISA. But it may be not because the first ubuntu installation is worked.
May be, i开发者_StackOverflow社区t is because of the grub boot loader incompatible to the window boot loader. I think that the bios is the custom phoenix bios, it can be also a cause.
If you want to keep both windows 10 and ubuntu in your system then it can be done if you use ubuntu as a virtual machine. Just install oracle Virtual Box, download the ubuntu file from internet and install it in the virtual box. After that you will be able to use both OS in your system
