How to update bitly destination URL in Javascript

I have paid bitly version and I can update a destination URL by its 开发者_如何学Cdashboard link settings. As the same can we update by javascript? I tried with this example but had No luck. It's only updating Title and Tag. Please share the solution if anyone knows.
