Java form from xml

is there a tool to generate a 开发者_如何学JAVASwing form from xml code?

A list of frameworks can be found at java-source. Out of these SWIXML seems most popular. Additionally I found CookSwing and JFCML. I have no experience with either of them, so I cannot recommend one above the other.
