I want to get familiar to complex algorithm and become an expert in both soft and hard skills in terms of data science skills. And in the long run I want to manage and contribute to meaningful and big project using what I have learned. Right now I am kind of new graduate and I am working rather in a big bank in my region. What would be your advice in that case?

I want to take a look into what experienced people think and other people's opinions to broaden my perspective.
