拌鸡架的做法，共2个步骤
1先将买回的生鸡架煮熟，约一小时左右。鸡肉与骨架很容易散开为止。凉凉后与各调料拌均匀。最后装盘后，散入香菜和葱末。
2辣椒末过油最好。
