C# How Can I Add a View All Link to a SharePoint Announcement Web Part

I would like to use a standard SharePoint 2010 Announcement web part on a page, but customize it to display a View All link under the Title of the web part. The out of the box web part does not have this capability, and I don't want to spend the time to program my own version of the Announcement web part for this one change. Could you please let me know how I 开发者_运维技巧can subclass a SharePoint 2010 Announcement web part and render the standard Announcement web part with this little change to its functionality?
