I am getting the following error even though I have PDO installed and included in my php.ini. What could I be possibly missing? I am using doctrine and codeigniter

In my php.ini I have the following 2 lines:

extension=pdo.so
extension=pdo_mysql.so

Are you getting this error on a webpage? or running from cli?

php-cli might be using a different php.ini

Restart the apache server. If you haven't done so.
