Insert an image into .fla library and convert to movieclip through JSFL

Is it possible to pull an image from a website (using a loader like in normal as3), insert it into a .fla file and convert it to a movie clip purely through JSFL? Is it also pos开发者_StackOverflowsible to insert sound files in the same way? I want to be able to call a jsfl script from another program and have it do all this for me automatically.
