Magento not importing an .xml product backup?

I'm currently wrestling with Magento in an attempt to restore a backup of my store's products. I exported all of the products as an xml file and continue to get 'Found 0 rows.' when I try to import it.

I'm using Magento ver. 1.4.1.1 and the xml I'm attempting to import is located here: http://开发者_运维问答sandbox.ideasforhumans.com/files/backup.xml
