You can get column names like this from data

string columnName = mydatagrid.Columns[columnIndex].Name;

OR you can get both rows and column using foreach loop

 foreach(DataGridColumn col in dg.Columns)
   {
     dt.columns.Add(col.HeaderText);
   }

 foreach(DataGridRow in dg.Rows)
 {
