From a Youtube Data API search result feed, how can I determine if a video will display the copyright message and not play?

I am performing a searches using the Data API. Sometimes when I try to display the video results, I get these types of messages:

This video contains content from EMI, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.

How can I determine if the video will not play and display this message instead from the search results?

Here is an example of a search I am doing:

What in that result will indicate that the video cannot be played?

I think you want to be looking for a "media:restriction" field.

For example try this:

With youtube api v3 the videoLicense field has three possible parameters, please use one of these:

videoLicense=any
videoLicense=creativeCommon
videoLicense=youtube

Thats a start to get an idea of if you can play it in youtube. If you are using that outside of youtube try using the videoSyndicated query.

videoSyndicated=true

Allows you to search for videos that can be played outside of youtube, say in a mobile app that uses youtube.
