Blinking when add a new element to a div with transform CSS property set

I have a div which contains few elements. This div have -transform CSS property set.

When I add a new element into this div by JavaScript, it show a blinking for the div before the element appear.

This seem to appear on safari and mobile safari. Firefox 4 are fine.
