Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Sdk, Version=9.0.0.0

I installed VS2010 then VS2008 - i have VS2008 installed on C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0

After trying to add a datasource - i can select the database, choose username/password, but when choosing data objects, i get the following error

I gave the topic a good amount of googling - the most relevant thing i ran into is this :

I tried the fix, it doesn't work.

VS2010 works even tho it is installed on C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0

any ideas/tips how to solve this
