APNS Not Registering Token in App Store Version of App

I have an app that is implementing Push Notification. When I run the app on my device, via XCode, didRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithDeviceToken gets called and the device token is sent to my server via a URLRequest and a PHP file on my server, and the token appears in my database as expected.

However, when I download the live version of my app fr开发者_运维技巧om the App Store, the URLRequest is never sent and the PHP file is never called. I cannot confirm that didRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithDeviceToken is not being called within the app, but that is my suspicion.

Any ideas why this would work on the Debug version but not on the live version?
