Need help configuring a Redis-backed library on Ruby on Rails with RVM

I'm following the configuration guidelines for installing resque. I'm met with a (LoadError). 开发者_开发百科I'm using RVM 1.9.2-p180, rails 3.0.6, and POW. This is probably an issue with my load path being totally wrong. So here is some extra info:

You can't use rails_root in the command line:

 master ~/projects/MyApp $ RAILS_ENV=production resque-web rails_root/config/initializers/resque.rb

try:

RAILS_ENV=production resque-web config/initializers/resque.rb
