There is a much easier way: Namespace.Properties.Resources.FileName -> gets the string of the file-content.

i.e.: TestProject1.Properties.Resources.MyXmlFile -> direct access to the File in the resources

In .cs file type your localization namespace:

   Localization.Resources.KeyName
