Error Message: System Update Required

I have an application in VS2008[windows form application].

And I make publish it using Publishing feature in VS2008.

[Project=>Project Properties=>Publish=>Publish Now].

When I install the publish project in my own PC its working well….but at some clients PC it gives me following error messag开发者_Go百科e. and don't let me install an application at that PC... installation process stops Immediately.

What is going wrong with my published application?

1. Is .net framework is installed on client machine ?
