Stream audio from mac to file

I'm having problems streaming audio from my mac (through soundflower) to my iPod touch.

I have Web 开发者_C百科Sharing turned on.

Step 1: I record audio with QuickTime and set the destination to my Sites folder.

Step 2: I access my local website (0.0.0.0) on my iPod touch

Step 3: I plan to hear the audio file that is being recorded, but;

The problem is quicktime saves the file after I push stop. I want it to add to the file gradually and then in turn be able to "stream" it to my iPod touch.

I assume that I cannot change how quicktime works, so I would like to know how I can do this with cocoa or python.
