I would like to convert

<a href="{$game.url}">{$game.info.cleanname}</a>

to

<a href="$game['url']">$game['info']['cleanname']</a>

using preg_replace

Simply add a second preg_replace version (or more) to match the other cases:

preg_replace('/\{\$(\w+)\.(\w+)\}/', '\\$$1[\'$2\']', $src);
