Open a .cs file via command-line targeting an open Visual Studio

I've looked at this question: "Open a file in Visual Studio at a specific line number". I'm ok with it not going to a specific line.

It uses an open instance of Visual Studio, but I'd like to specify which i开发者_如何转开发nstance.

Anybody have an idea of how to specify a VS instance?
