Array Key same but add values to the vlaues? [closed]

This my array....  

         Array
        (
            [a1]=>'k'
            [a2]=>'a' 
            [a3]=>'w'
            [a4]=>'z'

         }

i want     Array
        (
            [a1]=>'k,a' 
            [a3]=>'w'
            [a4]=>'z'

         }
